To ensure flexibility and convenience, we support the following payment methods for hosts:
(a) PayPal: A secure and widely used online payment system.
(b) EcoCash: Mobile money payments available for hosts in Zimbabwe.
(b) InnBucks: A reliable payment option for local transfers.
Please ensure your account details are accurate to avoid any delays.
- Payments to hosts are processed within 24 hours of guest check-in or every Friday.
- Any applicable transaction fees related to the selected payment method will be deducted from the payment.
- Guests must complete payment through our platform to confirm their booking.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the funds are held securely until the check-in date.
- Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.
- In case of disputes, both guests and hosts can contact our support team for assistance.
- The platform is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details or issues with third-party payment providers.
- Hosts must notify us of any changes to payment account details at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Data Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy within the Application. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle and protect your personal information.
